Filter all the address you need. In a next step click the download-icon above in the windows at the left side. Open or download the generated excel-file.

Choose in the menu "Import", then "Addresslist". Now it's important to use the right format and colums in a excel sheet to successfully import the new addresses.
You see on this side all the requested columns and with the blue textlink you can download an excel template. Every column is needet and also the order is important (but you do not need to fill out every column).
After filling out this excel template, save it to your computer. Click on "File Upload", select the excel-file, then cklick "Import". Now you get a report of the import proccess. In case of a fault you see what's happend and the procces will stop. Correct the fault and try again, already imported lines will be overwritten.
Yes, but it's a similar way: When you check-out a document, this document is blocked for other users. This step is necessary so that nobody else edits the document at the same time.
First, checkout the document you will work on it (offline).
Then download the file or use the file you get while checkout.
But now you save the document on your local computer / harddisk, net-disk and work on it.
Finally, checkin the file (it doesn't matter which version) and edit the document. Now you replace the current document with the one you worked on it offline.
Yes, there are two ways to achive this:
a) In case you want to quickly access single documents, use the favourite-flag. After clickt you will get this documents on your personal overview.
b) In documents click the filter-icon to get more options for filtering. Enter all your key words you need, also amount of result, if valid or not etc...). After all this inputs, save exactly this filter: give this fitler a name and click a save/disk-icon. Subsequently on your personal overview you will find all saved filters under "Documents".
In overview of CUBE (after login) you find the line "What want you to do?" Enter "Docu" or "New" then you get the option to start a new document.
Yes, click the configurator-icon to open a small dialog. Now you can select or unselect single columns. Configure your own view of the window for a better overview.

Navigate to the login-page, click on "forgot password". You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
In case you know your password but you like to change it, login to CUBE and then in the header click on your name and choose "change password".
Please check the spam folder in your email application. Maybe the email was catched by a spamfilter.
No, once logged in you can change to all your CUBE Instance without logging in again. Click on the icon beside the instance name and select another instance.
There's a way to unlock the meeting / protocol. But you need to contact the CUBE Support. Please send an email (cube.support@emchberger.ch) and tell us the meeting and meeting number.
To get a line break in a protocol, you use structure options. Split an agenda item using this structure options sliding to the right (without a number). Both sections belongs to this one agenda item.
Yes, you can can copy a whole meeting. In overview of the meetings click on title from the meeting you like to copy. Click on copy-icon (two papers) then a dialog will open. Just retype the new times and select if you need the protocol.
First check, if a valid and the right email address is entered. Secondly check, whether in the meeting invitation the checkbox "is on distributor" is selected.
Yes, you can. Open an exist or new meeting, in case of a new meeting, choose the right meeting typ. Now the internal number will created. Overwrite this number with your own. Take note: The next meeting will follow the lust number. But CUBE use only integer numbers. (25-4 > 26)
