Navigate to the login-page, click on "forgot password". You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
In case you know your password but you like to change it, login to CUBE and then in the header click on your name and choose "change password".

No, once logged in you can change to all your CUBE Instance without logging in again. Click on the icon beside the instance name and select another instance.
Yes, click the configurator-icon to open a small dialog. Now you can select or unselect single columns. Configure your own view of the window for a better overview.

Filter all the address you need. In a next step click the download-icon above in the windows at the left side. Open or download the generated excel-file.
This is possible for authorized users only.
Choose in the menu "Import", then "Addresslist". Now it's important to use the right format and colums in a excel sheet to successfully import the new addresses.
You see on this side all the requested columns and with the blue textlink you can download an excel template. Every column is needet and also the order is important (but you do not need to fill out every column).
After filling out this excel template, save it to your computer. Click on "File Upload", select the excel-file, then cklick "Import". Now you get a report of the import proccess. In case of a fault you see what's happend and the procces will stop. Correct the fault and try again, already imported lines will be overwritten.
To get a line break in a protocol, you use structure options. Split an agenda item using this structure options sliding to the right (without a number). Both sections belongs to this one agenda item.
First check, if a valid and the right email address is entered. Secondly check, whether in the meeting invitation the checkbox "is on distributor" is selected.
